(real estate photography/ videography booking)

  • Our photographers are experienced professionals who are skilled in identifying and capturing the key selling features of a property. The selection of images captured during a session is at the discretion of the photographer, with the goal of presenting the property in the best possible light within the scope of the booked package.

    The number of images delivered will be in accordance with the photo package booked. Our photographers will prioritise spaces and features that best represent the property and its appeal to prospective buyers.

    Please note that certain areas of a property, such as a laundry, will not be photographed as a matter of course, unless the space is considered a standout feature of the property, or the agent or vendor has made a specific request at the time of booking. 

    We ask that any specific image requests be communicated to us prior to the appointment to ensure our photographer is prepared accordingly.

  • To ensure the best possible result from your photography session, we ask that the property is photo-ready upon the arrival of our team. This allows our photographers to make the most of the scheduled time and deliver the highest quality images for your listing.

    Our photographers are not stylists. Whilst our team will make minor adjustments, such as removing small items from a frame to improve a shot, the overall presentation and preparation of the property remains the responsibility of the agent and/or vendor.

    This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the property is clean and tidy, personal items are stored away, beds are made, benchtops are cleared, and outdoor areas are presentable prior to the appointment.

    Our photographers are advised as a company standard not to touch and/or move tenants’ possessions.

    We greatly appreciate the effort that goes into preparing a property for photography, and we find that well-prepared properties consistently produce the best results.

  • At Clique Creative, we offer a key collection and return service for clients who require our photographers to collect property keys from their offices. This service is designed to provide convenience while ensuring a smooth and efficient photography session.


    Key Collection Service

    • A $20.00 fee applies for key collection, which includes key return (if required).

    • We will collect keys only if the property is within a reasonable distance of the collection location. A reasonable distance is defined as a location that is within a 15-minute drive of the property being photographed and is on the way to the scheduled shoot.

    • Clients must provide clear instructions regarding key pickup and return at the time of booking.

    Key Return Options

    Clients may choose one of the following options for key return:

    1. Leave onsite: If requested by the client, keys may be left securely at the photographed property (e.g., in a lockbox or as per specific instructions).

    2. Return to the original collection location: Our photographers will endeavour to return the keys the same day. In instances where this is not achievable, they will be returned within 1–2 business days.

    Important Notes

    • Clique Creative is not responsible for lost or misplaced keys after they have been returned or left onsite as per the client's instructions.

    • If additional travel beyond the reasonable distance is required for key collection or return, extra fees may apply.

    • We recommend clients confirm key handling preferences in advance to avoid any delays.

    • If keys are onsite for our photographer at commencement of the appointment, they will be left onsite in the same location (unless otherwise organised).

  • At Clique Creative, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, last-minute cancellations impact our team and business. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy.


    Notice Requirement

    To avoid a cancellation fee, clients must notify Clique Creative in writing via email or by phone at least 24 business hours before the scheduled appointment.

    • Cancellations within 24 business hours of the scheduled time: $55.00

    • Cancellations made on the spot (within 1 hour of scheduled time or after our team has arrived): $75.00

    Photos, Floor Plan + Video Packages (e.g. Signature package)

    • Cancellations within 24 business hours of the scheduled time: $75.00

    • Cancellations made on the spot (within 1 hour of scheduled time or after our team has arrived): $110.00

    Twilight Photography Bookings

    Photos + Floor Plans (e.g. Starter or Essentials packages)

    • Cancellations within 24 business hours of the scheduled time: $75.00

    • Cancellations made on the spot (within 1 hour of scheduled time or after our team has arrived): $110.00

    Photos, Floor Plan + Video Packages (e.g. Signature package)

    • Cancellations within 24 business hours of the scheduled time: $110.00

    • Cancellations made on the spot (within 1 hour of scheduled time or after our team has arrived): $130.00

    Videography Bookings

    Standard Videography (60 + 90 Second Videos, 30 + 60 Second Reels)

    • Cancellations within 24 business hours of the scheduled time: $55.00

    • Cancellations made on the spot (within 1 hour of scheduled time or after our team has arrived): $75.00

    Premium Videography (60 Second Premium Videos)

    • Cancellations within 24 business hours of the scheduled time: $150.00

    • Cancellations made on the spot (within 1 hour of scheduled time or after our team has arrived): $175.00

    Why a Cancellation Policy?

    When a booking is made with Clique Creative, a specific time slot is reserved for your photographer that cannot be easily filled at short notice. Cancellations within 24 hours leave a gap in the photographer’s schedule that results in lost business and potential scheduling conflicts.


    While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we ask that clients be mindful of the impact of short-notice cancellations and provide as much notice as possible to help minimise disruptions to our team’s schedule and business.

  • At Clique Creative, we are committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment for our team. We kindly ask that all clients, vendors, and property occupants treat our team with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism at all times.

    Clique Creative has a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behaviour directed at our team members. 

    We believe that a respectful and inclusive environment benefits everyone, and we thank our clients for upholding these values alongside us.

  • The safety and wellbeing of our team is our highest priority. Our photographers and staff have the right to feel safe at all times while carrying out their work.

    If at any point a member of our team feels unsafe at a property, whether due to structural concerns, hazardous conditions, the behaviour of an occupant or third party on the premises, or any other safety risk,  they are empowered to cease work and leave the property immediately, at their own discretion and without prior notice.

    In such circumstances, Clique Creative will make every effort to contact the client as soon as possible to discuss next steps, including rescheduling the appointment. However, no refund or compensation will be issued where a session is ceased due to genuine safety concerns.

    Clique Creative takes the safety of its team seriously and asks that all clients ensure the property and its occupants are safe and suitable for a photography session prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • Clique Creative is committed to providing high-quality real estate photography and video marketing services to its clients while respecting the intellectual property rights of all parties involved. This policy outlines the copyright and re-licensing terms for the photographs and/or video content produced by Clique Creative and the use of those photographs and/or video content by its clients.


    Copyright Ownership

    All photographs and/or video content produced by Clique Creative are protected by Australian Copyright Laws. Clique Creative retains all rights, ownership, title, and interest in and to the photographs and/or video content, including all copyrights, moral rights, and any other proprietary rights.


    Usage Rights

    If Clique Creative is engaged to create photography and/or video content, Clique Creative grants its clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for the sole purpose of marketing and promotion of the property or project for which the photographs and/or video content were taken. The license is granted for a one-time use and is limited to the specific property or project for which the photographs and/or video content were taken. Any additional use of the marketing content requires written permission from Clique Creative.


    Re-Licensing

    Clients who wish to re-license the photographs and/or video content for additional use beyond the initial one-time use (i.e. to the vendor, to another agency, etc.) must obtain agreement from Clique Creative prior to doing so. A re-licensing fee applies to all re-licensing of photographs and/or video content.


    Attribution / Credit of Work

    Clique Creative requires that all published or displayed photographs and/or video content produced by Clique Creative are credited to Clique Creative as the photographer. The credit line should read “Photo by Clique Creative” or a similar credit line approved by Clique Creative.


    Modifications

    Clients may not modify or alter the photographs and/or video content in any way without written permission from Clique Creative. Any modifications or alterations made without written permission from Clique Creative will be considered a breach of this policy.
