booking cancellation policy

At Clique Creative, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, last-minute cancellations impact our team and business. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Notice Requirement

To avoid a cancellation fee, clients must notify Clique Creative in writing via email or by phone at least 24 business hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Fees

Daytime Appointments

  • Cancellations within 24 business hours of the scheduled time: $55.00

  • Cancellations made on the spot (after our team has arrived): $75.00

    • This includes instances where the property is not ready for photography or if the tenant/vendor forgot

Twilight Appointments

  • Cancellations within 24 business hours of the scheduled time: $75.00

  • Cancellations made on the spot (after our team has arrived): $110.00

    • This includes instances where the property is not ready for photography or if the tenant/vendor forgot

Why a Cancellation Policy?

It is important for clients to understand that when they book a photographer with Clique Creative, they are reserving a specific time slot that cannot be easily filled at short notice. By canceling within 24-hours of the booking, the photographer is left with a gap in their schedule that cannot be easily filled, resulting in lost business and potential scheduling conflicts. 

While we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, it is important for clients to be aware of the impact of canceling a booking within 24-hours and to provide as much notice as possible to help minimize any disruptions to the photographers’ schedule and business.
