  • At Clique Creative, we offer a key collection and return service for clients who require our photographers to collect property keys from their offices. This service is designed to provide convenience while ensuring a smooth and efficient photography session.

    Key Collection Service

    • A $15.00 fee applies for key collection, which includes key return (if required).

    • We will collect keys only if the property is within a reasonable distance of the collection location. A reasonable distance is defined as a location that is within a 15-minute drive of the property being photographed and is on the way to the scheduled shoot.

    • Clients must provide clear instructions regarding key pickup and return at the time of booking.

    Key Return Options

    Clients may choose one of the following options for key return:

    1. Leave onsite: If requested by the client, keys may be left securely at the photographed property (e.g., in a lockbox or as per specific instructions).

    2. Return to the original collection location: Our photographers will endeavour to return the keys the same day. In the instances where this is not achievable, they will be returned within 1-2 business days.

    Important Notes

    • Clique Creative is not responsible for lost or misplaced keys after they have been returned or left onsite as per the client’s instructions.

    • If additional travel beyond the reasonable distance is required for key collection or return, extra fees may apply.

    • We recommend clients confirm key handling preferences in advance to avoid any delays.
