Clique Creative is on the hunt for a highly skilled Senior Photo Editor (Architectural & Content) to join our growing creative team. If you've got a sharp eye for detail, expert-level Photoshop and Lightroom skills, and a passion for turning architectural, interior, and content photography into polished, high-impact imagery - we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll work across a broad and exciting range of photography, from structural and architectural shoots to interior design, new builds, headshots, and brand content. You'll collaborate closely with our Creative Director, Photography Coordinator, and photographers to deliver work that elevates our clients - builders, architects, interior designers, and brands alike, and helps tell their story through standout visuals.

This is also a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves mentoring and developing talent, as you'll play a key role in training and supporting new editors as our team continues to grow.

what you’ll do

• Edit and retouch architectural, interior, new build, and content photography, to a high, vibrant, and visually appealing standard

• Remove imperfections, add lighting effects, and enhance image clarity across architectural, interior, and people-focused photography

• Remove unwanted objects or distractions for clean, polished final images

• Combine multiple exposures using flambient techniques for premium interior and architectural results

• Apply advanced editing techniques that enhance a property or space's appeal without compromising realism

• Retouch people and headshot photography to a professional, polished finish

• Use AI-assisted editing tools to boost efficiency and quality while keeping results natural and realistic

• Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest editing software, techniques, and industry trends

training & mentoring new editors

• Introduce new editors to our tools, editing style, and quality standards

• Run hands-on training sessions and share real examples of work that hits the mark

• Support new editors through their onboarding, providing feedback and guidance to help them thrive

• Help create and maintain training materials, guides, and checklists

• Partner with the Photography Coordinator to track progress and tailor ongoing development

about you

• 3+ years' experience in photo editing within architectural, interior, real estate, or content photography (or similar)

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

• Confident with flambient blending, object removal, and sky replacement techniques

• Experience editing and retouching people and headshot photography

• A sharp eye for detail, composition, light, and colour — and a knack for natural, realistic edits

• Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects and high volumes of work

• Clear, professional written communication

• Happy working independently as part of a distributed team

• Bonus points for experience training or mentoring other editors, familiarity with virtual staging, or a Cert IV/Diploma in Photography & Digital Imaging
