Base: $80,000 + Superannuation + Performance Bonuses

We work closely with real estate agencies, agents, architects, developers, and other industry professionals to deliver premium marketing solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take charge of our sales strategy, driving new business, nurturing key relationships, and helping us achieve ambitious growth goals.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will:
Lead new business acquisition and client retention across metropolitan Adelaide.
Build long term relationships with real estate agencies, builders, architects and property developers
Implement, perfect and run a predictable, high performance sales engine
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities
Deliver presentations, close deals, and support client onboarding
Work closely with the GM, Marketing Manager, and Operations team to align strategy
Ensure systems, processes, and technology (e.g. CRM) support visibility and conversion tracking
Integrate sales efforts with marketing campaigns and inbound lead strategies
Join the Leadership Team and report directly to the General Manager
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, ideally with a strong track record of exceeding targets (leadership experience is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to implement and lead a high-performing sales strategy, with a commitment to ongoing development and refinement for sustained success.
Confident presenting, pitching, and closing high value clients
Strong communication, organisation, and problem solving skills
Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
A proactive, ambitious mindset with a passion for building relationships
Valid driver's license and permanent working rights in Australia
Note: Some evening or weekend work may be required from time to time, overall, you’ll have your nights and weekends back.
