people & culture coordinator

Permanent Part-Time (15-22.5 hours per week) | Adelaide-Based

Clique Creative is one of South Australia's leading creative agencies, delivering premium photography, videography, and marketing solutions across the property and project sectors — and as we expand, we're building the same reputation nationally. As a family-owned agency, we're driven by genuine care, creativity, and a commitment to quality, and we're entering an exciting new phase of growth.

We've built our reputation on both our aspirational output and the supportive, collaborative culture behind it. Now we're looking for a People Consultant to help us look after the team that makes it happen — someone who is just as comfortable running a recruitment process as they are having a considered conversation with a staff member.

We're looking for an experienced HR generalist to coordinate our core people processes, from recruitment and onboarding through to contracts, performance reviews and day-to-day employee relations. This is a hands-on, part-time role where you'll be the trusted go-to for managers and staff on all things people.

You'll work closely with our General Manager and Operations Manager, working independently while keeping us informed on anything that needs escalation.

  • Provide first-line advice on HR policies and procedures, and escalate complex employee relations or legal matters to the General Manager or external HR/IR advisor as required. (Performance & Employee Relations)

  • Maintain up-to-date position descriptions, contracts, policies and procedures, ensuring HR records and processes comply with relevant employment legislation and awards. (HR Systems & Compliance)

  • Support a positive workplace culture alongside the General Manager, and work with our Finance Coordinator so starter, leave and pay details reach payroll accurately. (HR Systems & Compliance)

what you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, including contracts, onboarding and recruitment

  • Confidence and composure managing difficult staff conversations and performance management processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points for:
