ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Administration Assistant, you will be the welcoming face and voice of Clique Creative, ensuring seamless communication between our clients and team. Working closely with our Operations department, your role includes managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as phone call handling, scheduling, floor plan quality control, and liaising with photo and video editors. You’ll also assist with bookings and provide general support to all members of the Clique Creative team, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Coordinating bookings and managing schedules using Aryeo Scheduling.
Quality control of floor plans and managing photo/video editing requests.
Supporting the Operations Manager, Bookings Coordinator, and Project & Office Administrator as needed.
Troubleshooting client concerns, including booking conflicts and editing requests.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a driven, organised individual who is eager to kickstart their career in administration. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are tech-savvy, and have a natural flair for customer service. Your ability to multitask, prioritise, and maintain a high level of attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.

Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong competency in Google Drive including Google Docs, Google Sheets and general administration ideal.
Good understanding of Adelaide and its surrounding suburbs.
Are excited about beautiful imagery and content!
Current driver’s license required.
Would suit someone who is at the commencement of their career.
