Booking Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, clients must provide Clique Creative with a written notice of cancellation via email or by telephone call at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled booking time during business days and hours. 

It is also important to note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as part of the 24-hour notice period.

It is important for clients to understand that when they book a photographer with Clique Creative, they are reserving a specific time slot that cannot be easily filled at short notice. By canceling within 24-hours of the booking, the photographer is left with a gap in their schedule that cannot be easily filled, resulting in lost business and potential scheduling conflicts. 

While we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, it is important for clients to be aware of the impact of canceling a booking within 24-hours and to provide as much notice as possible to help minimize any disruptions to the photographers’ schedule and business.
